Title: Amends Various Public Safety Policies
Vote to pass a bill that amends various public safety policies, including prohibiting recklessly discharging a firearm within city limits, increases the penalty for attacking or killing a police animal, prohibits courts from issuing an arrest warrant for failure to pay or appear in court for a traffic violation, raise the minimum age a child can be charged as an adult for some felonies from 12 to 14 years old in Missouri.
