Vote to pass a bill that amends code on solid waste and specifies what constitutes a recycled carryout bag in California.

Highlights:

• Amends the definition of "single-use carryout bag" to simply "carryout bag" and specifies it as a bag made from plastic, paper, or other materials, excluding recycled paper bags (Pg 2).
