Title: Establishes a Cap on Individual Campaign Contributions
Vote to pass a bill that establishes a cap on campaign contributions from all groups, including limiting individuals to giving candidates $3,300 per election in Oregon.
Establishes political campaign contribution limits applicable to candidates, political committees and membership organizations (Sec. 1).
Authorizes local governments to establish lower limits for local elections (Sec. 1).
Requires specified persons to report the original sources of funds used to pay for candidate campaign independent expenditures (Sec. 1).

Exempts requirements for donations that are under $5000 (Sec. 1).
Requires the disclosure of specified information on certain political advertising (Sec. 1).

Amends statutes concerning penalties to ensure compliance with the new campaign finance and disclosure requirements (Sec. 1).
