Vote to pass a bill to amends the Arizona State Board of Regents.

Highlights:

• Requires the posting of the following information for students prior to the start of the school year (Sec. 1):

• The title of the course;

• The current course syllabus; 

• A comprehensive list of all materials and resources; and

• The name of the primary instructor.

• Defines “academic unit” (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that an academic institution shall require the previously established information or will be not included in the academic calender or allow any students to apply to the course in question (Sec. 1). 

• Requires that each institution to report annually submit a report concerning the institutions compliance with the requirements of this act (Sec. 1).
