Vote to pass a bill that specifies that communications between and employee and employee representative are not confidential if the communication is part of a criminal investigation or disciplinary measure

Highlights:

• Amends language government code to ensure that the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District, the Sacramento Regional Transit District, and other public transit employees are covered by this act (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that communications between an employee and their employee representative are not confidential if the representative was a witness or party to any of the events forming the basis of a potential administrative disciplinary or criminal investigation (Sec. 1).
