Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that amends statutes relating to various statutes in state law regarding the Dalton Highway right-of-way, trapping cabins, and recording divisions of land in Alaska.

Highlights:

• Specifies that access to land includes both sides of the corridor for disposal of state land (Sec. 1).

• Defines Minor Access (Sec. 4). 

• Specifies that permits are only valid for ten years for trapping cabins (Sec. 6). 

• Specifies the reasoning for why a permit may be given to a cabin over 400 square feet (Sec. 6). 

• Specifies that a trapping permit fee may not exceed $100 for issuance or $25 for the permit (Sec. 6).
