• Requires the controlling authority of each sports and recreation location to place an automated external defibrillator in each location, to train staff to use it, and to have an emergency action plan for its use (Sec. 755.13).

• Requires the Board of Education to place an automated external defibrillator in each school under the control of the board, train staff to use it, and to have an emergency action plan for its use (Sec. 3313.717).
