Title: Prohibits Source of Income Discrimination for Rental Units

    • Deny any rental unit;

    • Claim that the a unit is not available for inspection or viewing; 

    • Exclude rent vouchers or subsidies from being able to make rent; 

    • Attempt to discourage individuals from seeking tenancy; 

    • Publish or circulate any communication discouraging tenancy; and 

    • Assist or coerce an individual to violated this act. 

  • Specifies that this does not apply to individuals who have fewer then 5 tenancies in the state (Sec. 1).
