Vote to pass a bill that amends state no-fault insurance policies in Michigan.

Highlights:

• Specifies that hospitals that treat individuals covered by accident protections must be reimbursed an equal to 200% of the amount payable to the person for the treatment or training under medicare (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that rehabilitative care covered by accident protections must be reimbursed at a rate equal to 230% of the treatment (Sec. 1). 

• Repeals previous language about the former reimbursement amounts (Sec. )

• Specifies reimbursement amounts for various types of care and delineates rates for Metro Detroit vs all of Michigan (Sec. 1).
