Title: Requires Employers to Disclose Salary Ranges
Vote to pass a bill that requires employers to disclose salary ranges in Massachusetts.
Requires the Secretary of State to annually provide EEO-1 reports from covered employers to the executive office of Labor and Workforce Development, no later than April 1, and EEO-3, EEO-4, and EEO-5 reports every other year (Sec. 1).
Requires a covered employer with 25 employees or more or its agent to disclose the pay range for a specific position upon posting the position or upon transferring or promoting an individual to a position with different responsibilities (Sec. 7).
