Highlights:

  • Requires the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, by February 1 of each year, to submit a report to the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee of the Senate and the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee of the House of Representatives with the following information, including (Sec. 2):

    • The total number of veterans registered with the department;

    • The number of registrants received by each State agency;

    • The number of veterans who chose to not be included in the registry; and

    • Outreach expenses.

  • Authorizes the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to share the information collected in the report with veteran and community outreach programs under the PA Vetconnect program or administered by the department (Sec. 2).
