• Establishes an adult entertainment bill of rights, including requiring establishments have the following, including, but not limited to (Sec. 1-6):

• Panic buttons;

• Written and publicly posted customer behavior rules; and 

• Worker safety training.

• Specifies that adult establishments found to have violated certain requirements of the Adult Entertainment Bill of Rights could lose their state liquor license (Sec. 1-6).
