Vote to pass a bill that establishes the East Bank Development Authority for the metropolitan government of Nashville and Davidson County in Tennessee.

Highlights:

• Defines terms related to municipalities and economic authority (Sec. 1). 

• Establishes the East Bank Development authority to promote economic development in Nashville and Davidson County (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that the authority has the following powers (Sec. 2).
