Highlights:

• Prohibits an individual from selling marijuana of any kind to someone who is under 21 (Part I).

• Establishes a tax of 10.5% for the retail sale of any marijuana product (Part I).

• Prohibits the use and distribution of marijuana products on school grounds (Part IV).

• Specifies that tianeptine, xylazine, and kratom are added to the controlled substances schedules (Part VI).

• Prohibits the criminal possession and unlawful sale of embalming fluid and classifies an offense as a Class I felony (Part VII).
