  • Specifies that the department shall not charge a licensee with misconduct as  defined, or cause a complaint made by any  person  to  the  department to be investigated beyond a preliminary review, solely on the basis that such licensee  performed,  recommended, or provided any reproductive health services or gender-affirming care (Sec. 1). 

  • Defines “Reproductive Health Care” (Sec. 1). 

  • Specifies that Gender-affirming care or reproductive health services do not constitute misconduct by healthcare professionals (Sec. 1).
