Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act to Address Topics Related to Cybersecurity
Vote to pass a bill that amends the Freedom of Information Act to address public records and software used for collection in Michigan.

Defines the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator as an individual designated as a public body to use cybersecurity to process requests for information (Sec. 2).
Specifies that a public body can consist of any person who works in the executive branch of the government (Sec. 2).
Prohibits computer software from being included in the definition of public record (Sec. 2).
Specifies that public record is any writing from an official function that is kept by a public body
Authorizes public records to be separated into 2 different categories depending on the circumstances surrounding their use (Sec. 2).
