Highlights:

• Authorizes hunting and trapping on Sundays until June 30, 2029 of all game animal, on private, non-state park-designated land but exempts hunting of fox and coyotes from these provisions in Pennsylvania (Sec. 1-4).

• Specifies that individuals found to have violated the provisions of this bill and trespassed on private land without permission shall be subject to (Sec. 4):

• A second-degree misdemeanor and loss of hunting license for one year upon first offense conviction;

• A first-degree misdemeanor and loss of hunting license for 2 years upon second offense conviction;

• A first-degree misdemeanor and loss of hunting license for 3 years upon third offense conviction; and

• A first-degree misdemeanor and loss of hunting license for 4 years upon fourth and subsequent offense conviction;

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect following 60 days after passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 8).
