Highlights:

• Establishes conversion licenses issued to existing medical marijuana center when meeting the following criteria (Sec. 1): 

• Eligible for renewal under § 4916A Title 16;

• Submitted documentation demonstrating how they meet the needs of the medical market and how they will serve the medical market;

• Submitted a plan to support the social equity program;

• Submitted a signed labor peace agreement with a bona fide labor organization;

• Submitted facility dimension if they are a cultivation facility;
