Vote to pass a bill that prohibits foreign nationals from contributing money directly or indirectly to state ballot initiatives in Ohio.

Highlights:

• Defines terms related to elections (Sec. 1).

• Make a contribution to a campaign for a political candidate; 

• Make a contribution to a campaign for a statewide ballot, question, or referendum;

• Promise to make a contribution for the explicit above purposes;
