Vote to pass a bill that establishes new procedures for the removal of nuisances in unincorporated areas of Crawford County and Riley County, Kansas.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the creation of the Riley County Unincorporated Area Nuisance Abatement Act and the Crawford County Unincorporated Area Nuisance Abatement Act (Sec. 1).

• Establishes procedures for the removal and abatement of nuisances in the unincorporated areas of such counties and the assessment of the costs for such abatement (Sec. 1).

• Specifies provisions for the assessment of costs associated with said abatement and that no provisions in this bill shall apply to land, structures, machinery equipment, or motor vehicles used for agricultural activity (Sec. 1).
