Vote to concur with house amendments and pass a bill that authorizes city and county candidates to collect signatures online to qualify for the state ballot in Arizona.

Highlights:

• Specifies that a candidate may choose to collect signatures using an online signature collections system beginning in 2025 (Sec. 1). 

• Requires that if the ballot is a conditional provisional ballot, the voter is required to provide proof of identification to the  country recorder or other officer in charge (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that a filing officer shall not reject a petition or signatures based solely on the date of a primary (Sec. 1).
