Title: Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016

Vote to pass a bill that authorizes certain appropriations for intelligence-related activities for fiscal year 2016.
Highlights:
Authorizes appropriations for the conduct of intelligence and intelligence-related activities to certain agencies, including, but not limited to, the following agencies (Sec. 101):
To the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI);
To the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA);
To the Department of Defense;
To the National Security Agency (NSA); and
To the Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Requires the DNI to submit certain reports to Congress no later than 180 days after the enactment of this bill, including the following reports (Secs. 344 & 345):
A report on the terrorist use of social media; and
A report on the counterterrorism strategy to “disrupt, dismantle, and defeat” the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), al-Qaeda, and their affiliates.
Prohibits funds appropriated by the provisions of this bill from being used to transfer or release an individual detained in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to the United States or a combat zone (Sec. 323).
